Heating elements with a rectangular cross section have been specifically designed and produced for heating various cast moulds, and are ideally suited for heating up runner systems.
The three-dimensional flexibility allows for a fast and simple deformation at room temperature, which can be carried out by the customer directly on site.
The square cross section of the heating elements ensures an accurate adjustment to the shape. A homogenous heat transfer is guaranteed by an optimum adaptation to the tube blank.
