High-performance heating cartridges SHLP
General:
The specific construction and a high-quality manufacturing procedure result in an extremely high surface load and a high stability even in the most demanding conditions.
As the devices accommodate high performance on minimum footprint, they allow for temperatures at the tube casing up to 700°C.

Applications:
- Plastics industry
- Foundry technology
- Apparatus engineering
- Laboratory and medical technology
Construction:
The heat conductor material made from the heat-resistant alloy NiCr 8020, is wound around the ceramic body with a certain space.
The spaces are filled and sealed with high-quality magnesium oxide (MgO).
The cartridge bottom is welded to the casing tube.
