Barrel bottom heaters are manufactured from a 900W heating mats with silicone rubber insulation to provide an even distribution of heat across the plate.

Barrel bottom heaters are intended as additional supplement to the silicone barrel heating.

This heating type is controlled by means of a capillary tube regulator – adjustment range 20°C to 150°C.

Dimensions:

Plate: approx. 70mm high, diameter 550mm – tapered, bottom diameter 600mm

Temperature control: attached, projection from plate approx. 280mm, height 105mm

Occupational safety and health:

Barrel bottom heaters comply with the low voltage directives. The CE mark has been attached to signify that the equipment complies with the EMC directives of the EU.

Important! Before being heated the barrel must be fitted with adequate means for ventilation and aeration.
