Electric tubular flow heaters SERDE
Siekerkotte electric tubular flow heaters (additional electric heaters) have been designed using state-of-the-art technology in compliances with recognized safety engineering regulations.

However, improper operation or use other than intended can cause serious injuries or death to the operator or other persons and/or cause damages to the equipment or other material damage.
However, improper operation or use other than intended can cause serious injuries or death to the operator or other persons and/or cause damages to the equipment or other material damage.
Electric tubular flow heaters are used, for example, as additional heating in heat pumps, whirlpools, upstream heaters and for heating fluids.
They can also be used for thermal sterilization of the warm water.
- Production possible with various diameters, lengths and ratings.
- Application for liquid and/or gaseous media.
- Manufactured according to your models, patterns or drawings.
- Delivery options: screwable, e.g. with threaded nipples or with flange connections.
Finished insulating units with rigid casing and/or flexible foam casing can be supplied on request. - Complete solutions complying with the required safety standards, also with matching control and adjusting units can be supplied according to your requirements
Siekerkotte does not accept any liability for damages arising from the non-observance of the installation and operating instructions attached.
Voltage depending on power: 230V or 400V.
Power of heat pumps depending on fitting length: 3000W to 6000W.
Temperature adjustment from 30°C to 90°C max.
Temperature limiter switch-off temperature 110°C.
Power e.g. for whirlpool heaters (depending on size and flow rate) between 3000W and 18000W.
Temperature control adjustable from 0°C to 40°C.
The device should be equipped with a flow monitor to ensure a constant flow of water during the heating-up phase.
The electric flow heaters are made from stainless steel.
CE mark
The CE mark serves to document that the tubular heater complies with the requirements of the directive for electro-magnetic compatibility (directive 89/336/EEC) and the low-voltage directive (directive 73/23/EEC).
Regulations, rules, guidelines
When installing an electric flow heater, the following rules and guidelines must be taken into account in particular:
The final testing is carried out in accordance with the VDE regulations, in particular with VDE 0100 “Errichten von Starkstromanlagen mit Nennspannung bis 1000 Volt" (Installation of Power Systems with Nominal Voltages up to 1000 volts) and/or DIN EN 60335 (VDE 0720). End-users themselves are responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulations and directives (VDE, EN, EST, etc.) applying to the intended area of use of the equipment.
